What advantages does REALCOM have over other software?

I am working with a survey dataset with many missing variables and am considering using REALCOM to run mixed response models. I would like to ask: compared to other software such as Mplus or R (mouse, jomo packages), what are the clear advantages or limitations of REALCOM when dealing with missing data and modeling mixed response variables?
