Problem starting REALCOM impute

Dear all,

I downloaded the right version of MATLAB runtime, but when I try to load REALCOME imputation package the only thing I can watch is a black screen.

Could you help me?

Realcom-Impute can take a long time to start up the first time that it is run, as it has quite a lot of setting up to do. While it does this only a black screen is visible, as in your case. I would suggest leaving it for longer to see whether it does eventually start up. You can monitor whether it is actually doing anything via the Windows task manager.
